At our studio all the Trainers are certified in order to maintain professionalism.

8. What activities do you offer?

We include all activities in our studio which include Aerobics, Yoga, Strenght, Cardio, and Wedding Choreography and so on.

9. Do you also provide a diet chart?

Yes we provide a general diet chart however for personalized diet charts can be provided at an additional cost.
